FIELD: neutralization and thermal waste destruction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of neutralization and thermal destruction of waste of hazard classes from 2 to 5, namely to systems for supplying liquid waste to incinerator plants, and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical industries and in other areas of the national economy. The liquid waste supply system consists of a preparation tank containing a stirrer, a circulation pump, a heating element, a breathing valve, a liquid level sensor, an inspection hatch, a screw pump installed on the liquid waste supply line, a safety line containing a safety valve installed on the section of the liquid supply line waste after the screw pump, subscriber filters installed on the liquid waste supply line between the screw pump and the preparation tank, compressor, air preparation unit installed on the air supply line, containing an oil separator, moisture separators and a pressure regulator, a two-phase nozzle installed at the end of the supply line liquid waste, a pressure regulator “to itself”, installed on the section of the liquid waste supply line in front of the two-phase nozzle and connected to the return line for releasing excess pressure into the preparation tank, the control unit.
EFFECT: ensuring the preparation of liquid waste for supply to the combustion chamber of the incinerator plant with a high degree of viscosity.
