FIELD: soil or rock drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of wells. Device comprises a sieve with a container, a dosing pump and a fan connected to the spray drier, pipelines and a drilling pump. Spray dryer comprises inside sprayer in form of hollow cylindrical housing with tangential branch pipe for supply of purified liquid, outlet hole, element for pulsating spraying in form of body of rotation inside hollow housing with possibility of rotation around axis of housing under pressure of fluid from metering pump. Liquid flow rate regulator can be made in the form of a screw connected to the bushing and fixing nut installed opposite to the outlet hole with the possibility of movement downwards and upwards perpendicularly to direction of fluid motion, the body of rotation can be arranged in the form of a ball. Source of heat carrier includes heat generator of direct action with outlet fuel ejector and movable control nozzle, which allows to change direction of hot heat flow. In its inlet the ejector is connected to distributing unit with connection of impeller to it, its cold compressed air is supplied to distributing unit. Source of heat carrier includes gas supply and ignition plug. Combustion chamber in cross-section has reflector in zone of maximum ignition of gas mixture in form of shell of hollow truncated cone and connected to internal wall of combustion chamber. Combustion chamber is equipped with a screen in the form of a plate installed in space coaxially to the output decreasing orifice of the truncated cone, the diameter of which is equal to or greater than the diameter of the output hole of the truncated cone. Outlet hole of the cone in front of the control nozzle is additionally equipped with a device for control of hot heat flow entering the dryer by means of a movable control nozzle. Device provides communication via communication lines with a personal computer serving to control and monitor the required amount of gaseous heat flow.
EFFECT: higher quality of dryer and spraying, higher reliability, stability in operation, quality of cleaning, associated with complete regeneration of flushing fluid with washing of drilling mud.
