FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to motors for personal hygiene devices, such as, for example, electrical toothbrushes, electrical razors, and skin care devices. The motor for a personal hygiene device contains a stator having a stator surface and a rotor having a rotor surface located opposite to the stator surface. The motor for the personal hygiene device also contains a spacer protruding between the stator surface and the rotor surface, so that to establish the minimal air gap between the stator and the rotor. The spacer is located on one of the rotor surface and the stator surface or near this surface. The spacer has a curvilinear contact surface made with the possibility of interaction with the other one of the rotor surface and the stator surface. The spacer prevents a direct contact of the rotor surface and the stator surface with each other (at any point except for a contact surface of the spacer) and maintains a distance between the stator and the rotor.
EFFECT: simplification of a structure due to elimination of the need for a procedure of adjustment of an air gap, using spacers, during the production.
