VIBRATION SUPPRESSION IN PERSONAL HYGIENE DEVICE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61C17/34

Abstract RU 2776809 C2

FIELD: personal hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cleaning personal hygiene devices. A device is proposed, containing: a case, dimensions of which ensure its grip by a user; an actuator with a resonating drive, containing: a rotor having the first inertia moment and located inside a stator and passing through it, wherein the specified stator has the second inertia moment, and it is located inside the specified case; the first plate elastic elements having the first stiffness coefficient, wherein each plate elastic element of the first plate elastic elements is connected to the case and to the rotor in such a way that each plate elastic element of the first plate elastic elements passes in a radial direction from the rotor to the case, and it is made with the possibility of elastic deformation to allow the rotor to rotate relatively to the case; and the second plate elastic elements having the second stiffness coefficient, wherein each plate elastic element of the second plate elastic elements is connected to the case and to the stator, while each plate elastic element passes in an axial direction along at least part of the length of the stator, and it is made with the possibility of elastic deformation to allow the stator to rotate relatively to the case, wherein the ratio of the first stiffness coefficient and the second stiffness coefficient is equal to the ratio of the first inertia moment and the second inertia moment. A suspension for vibration suppression is proposed, containing: the first plate elastic elements connected to the rotor of the actuator with the resonating drive and to the case, wherein the first plate elastic elements hold the rotor centered inside the stator and allow the rotor to rotate relatively to the case due to the elastic deformation of the first plate elastic elements; and the second plate elastic elements passing in the axial direction along at least part of the length of the stator, wherein the second plate elastic elements are connected to the case and are engaged with the stator in order to allow the stator to rotate relatively to the case due to the elastic deformation of the second plate elastic elements, wherein the first plate elastic elements and the second plate elastic elements are made with the possibility of flexible suspension of the rotor and the stator relatively to the case in such a way that, during operation, the rotor and stator rotate relatively to each other in opposite circular directions.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the efficiency of personal hygiene due to the possibility of vibration suppression.
