FIELD: 3D printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for 3D printing of elastomeric deformable rubber parts using a 3D printer system containing an extruder having a housing with an inlet and a nozzle. The extruder contains the first heating means for heating the raw rubber fed into the extruder. The system includes a desktop with a second heating means. The system includes a drive means for moving the extruder and the desktop relative to each other. The system includes an electronic control unit for the extruder and a second means of heating the desktop. The electronic control unit is designed to control the extruder and the first heating means in such a way that the rubber is partially vulcanized in the extruder. The specified partially vulcanized rubber is extruded from the nozzle and applied to the work table. According to the method, non-vulcanized raw rubber is provided in the form of strips, balls. Non-vulcanized raw rubber is supplied to the extruder through the inlet. The non-vulcanized raw rubber is heated in the extruder by means of heat supply and mixing of the heated rubber in the extruder. Heated raw rubber is partially vulcanized in an extruder. The desktop is heated. The first layer of partially vulcanized rubber is formed. Subsequent layers of partially vulcanized rubber are printed by extruding additional partially vulcanized rubber from the nozzle and applying the extruded rubber on top of the corresponding immediately preceding layer of partially vulcanized rubber when moving the nozzle and the desktop relative to each other at a predetermined distance. The distance provides mechanical indentation of the newly extruded partially vulcanized rubber into the corresponding immediately preceding layer of partially vulcanized rubber. Additionally, each of the rubber layers is vulcanized after being applied to the desktop and until the rubber body obtained by 3D printing is vulcanized to the required vulcanization state on the desktop. At an additional stage, the extruder is moved to the desktop at the very end of printing each layer on the desktop.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy of the products obtained.
