FIELD: spherical powders production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining spherical powders intended for equipping a 5.45 mm high-pressure cartridge. Spherical powder for 5.45 mm high-pressure cartridge with a bulk density of 0.997-1.009 kg/dm3 includes: pyroxylin with a nitrogen oxide volume concentration of 211.9-213.0 ml NO/g and a reference viscosity of 2.6-4.2°Oe , chemical resistance stabilizer, phlegmatizer, in the following ratio of components, wt. %: nitroglycerin 11.0-11.3, diphenylamine 0.6-0.8, centralite I 4.8-5.1, dinitrotoluene 1.3-1.9, bound graphite 0.1-0.3, ethyl acetate the rest , while the penetration depth of the phlegmatizer (centralite I and dinitrotoluene) is 49.4-76.8 microns.
EFFECT: maximum muzzle pressure of powder gases is provided for a 5.45 mm high-pressure cartridge in a ballistic barrel, as well as the requirements for the maximum minimum, maximum, average pressure of powder gases, providing the maximum pressure of powder gases: Pmax.most. - 451.1 MPa (4600 kgf/cm2); Pmax.least - 362.9 MPa (3700 kgf/cm2); Pmax.avg. - 392.3±9.8 MPa (4000±100 kgf/cm2); Pmax.muzzle - 73.55±9.8 MPa (750±100 kgf/cm2).
