SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely, to developing antitumour immunobiological products. Developed is an antitumour vaccine including testicular (cancer/testis) antigens produced from the spermatogenic tissue of a mammal discordant with respect to humans (e.g., sheep). Produced are two types of the vaccine: corpuscular and liposomal. Both vaccines used in the form of injections are capable of stopping or inhibit tumour growth, which has been confirmed in experiments with mice. The liposomal vaccine has also been proved to be effective when applied per os. Since testicular antigens are expressed on different types of cancer, the described vaccine can be used to prevent the development of various oncological diseases. The vaccine can be used both to prevent the development of cancer in humans and animals not suffering from tumour-related diseases and to prevent a relapse of a tumour-related disease after cytoreductive treatment. The vaccine can be produces and stored in freeze-dried form. The vaccine can be used by injection or by oral administration.
