SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to obtain compounds of the class of depsipeptides (DP) with antibacterial activity. Streptomyces sp. KMM 9044 from the collection of marine microorganisms of the Pacific Institute of bioorganic chemistry of Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences deposit certificate No. 16146-203 dated May 19, 2022 - a producer of compounds with antibacterial activity, as well as the use of this strain to obtain compounds with antibacterial activity.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain new depsipeptide compounds having antibacterial activity.
