FIELD: dosing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dosing reagents (coagulants, flocculants, disinfectants, solutions of acids and alkalis); it can be used in structures for purification of natural and waste water (settling tanks, rapid filters, contact clarifiers, and other structures). A method for dosing reagents into purified water with the current quality of water supplied to purification is characterized by that a calculated concentration of a reagent is set from a condition of provision of the required efficiency of extraction of contaminations, determined using a controller in a real-time mode based on analysis of water quality before and after purification by set indicators, using a pump dispenser, the set concentration of the reagent is maintained by changing performance proportional to a value of the current flow rate of processed water. A device for dosing reagents into purified water consists of a flow meter installed on a pipeline of water supplied to purification, a pump dispenser dosing the reagent, an analyzer of quality of water supplied to purification, installed at an input to purification structures, an analyzer of quality of purified water, installed at an output of purification structures, while the flow meter, the pump dispenser, and analyzers are electrically connected to the controller.
EFFECT: maintenance of set efficiency of extraction of contaminations in an automated mode with changing quality and flow rate of water at an input of purification structures, provision of correspondence of quality indicators to standard requirements, reduction in a flow rate of reagents due to an increase in the accuracy of dosing.
