The integrated plant for the regeneration and recovery of used industrial and transport oils contains a module for dehydration of moisture and fuel fractions of the oil being cleaned, to which a module for diagnosing and monitoring the oil being cleaned, a module for monitoring the quality of the oil being cleaned and a module for adding functional additives to the oil being cleaned are connected.
