FIELD: laboratory equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational laboratory equipment and can be used in the educational process when conducting laboratory works and practical training in general engineering disciplines in higher and secondary special educational institutions. Mechatronic apparatus for investigating rotor systems comprises a housing mounted on a bed having threaded holes for fastening fasteners connected by hydraulic hoses to a lubricating system, in the housing on both sides are installed and fixed bearing units, having sliding bearings, remote bushing, nut, shaft, connected through a coupling with an electric motor, loading device with a force sensor, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, a displacement sensor installed on the housing, a tank with a submersible pump, an adjustable safety valve, a collector for lubricant supply, a flow meter, a manometer, ball valves. Housing is installed vertically and is attached to the frame fixed on the frame, the housing through the bearing unit is connected to the additional module installed on the bed, containing the thrust sliding bearing, threaded holes, are made in the housing for the temperature and movement sensors mounting, nozzle, servo-valve connected by hydraulic hoses with lubrication system, in which coarse and fine filters are installed, pressure sensor is located in the connecting pipe between the module and the servo-valve, a signal collection and processing unit, which inputs are connected to a rotation frequency sensor, temperature sensors, a displacement sensor, a pressure sensor, a force sensor, and the outputs are connected to a servo-valve, an electric motor, a pump and a loading device equipped with a force sensor mounted on the frame, and acting on shaft is fed through a disc fitted on the shaft.
EFFECT: wider field of investigation of rotor systems by changing the position of the housing of the installation, with the possibility of using an additional module with active control of lubricant supply characteristics and possibility of changing the lubricant supply circuit to the bearing assembly.
