FIELD: regenerations of lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with regeneration of used lubricants, in particular with installations for purification and regeneration of used oils of different destination. The installation of regeneration of used lubricants includes: in series connected a coarse filter; a pump; a fine filter; an in parallel connected with it dispenser. A container of an alkaline solution with the batcher is linked to the pump inlet and additionally is supplied with a second fine filter and with no less, than two units of vacuum distillation. Each of evaporating chambers of both units of vacuum distillation is placed in a housing made in the form of a hollow cylinder, in respect to which coaxially to it there is a second cylindrical housing installed forming cavities for a cooling agent with inlet and outlet branch pipes. The housing of an evaporation chamber is made with two outlets for a condensation moisture and for the residue of the vacuum distillation. Both housings are linked with: a flange, on which there is a hermetically mounted cover made with a branch pipe used for delivery of a lubricant for regeneration; a U-shaped tubular heater and with a temperature sensor. The tubular heater from below and from above is densely embraced by boxes mounted one into another and linked to each other. The upper of the boxes has grooves in lateral walls shifted in respect to each other, in which there are partitions to direct the flow of a lubricant along a box to an inclined chute, under which there is a funnel with an outlet into the container for collection of the residue of the vacuum distillation. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of the used lubricants regeneration.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase efficiency of the used lubricants regeneration.
