SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a hypothermic package. The package contains an outer sealed bag filled with a solid component, inside of which an inner sealed bag filled with a liquid component is placed. The outer bag is made of a base folded in half and connected by one longitudinal and two side transverse seams so that the longitudinal seam is located in the middle perpendicularly between the longitudinal side seams.
EFFECT: providing local cooling of body tissues, which helps to reduce the inflammatory response in the tissues and stop bleeding, with the reliability of the design and increase in user properties.
