SUBSTANCE: transfer is performed from unit with flexible outlet into film sleeve. Endless film sleeve is arranged around said outlet and sealed inside and outside. Note here that sleeve inner side may go loose after sealing. Then sleeve free end is sealed and inlet is arranged around outer side of sleeve so that inlet edge stays above sealing edge. Note here that for displacement of material toward unit, sleeve is welded to inlet so that one second solid seam is created to communicated inner side of inlet with outer side, on one hand, and, on the other hand, inner side of said sleeve at the same point. Then, peeling inner side of sleeve is detached to allow transfer unless sleeve is sealed again at third point to shutoff material flow. Proposed device comprises unit with outlet around which sleeve is arranged and sealed inside and outside. In compliance with another version, sterilised sleeve is used together with sleeve-like transition film to be welded to inlet inner side and connected to baglike sealing film. Bag bottom is located inside transition film while bag edge is welded to transition film. Baglike film is arranged around sleeve so that sealed part of said sleeve is located inside bag. Material is displaced from sleeve toward unit. Then sleeve is welded to sealing film to produce one more solid seam, preferably, double seam for separation seam to be made there between for their separation. Peeling side of said sleeve is detached for transfer unless welding sleeve at third point. Proposed sleeve is used for transfer of transplantats, materials from unit and production of bags.
EFFECT: decreased degree of contamination.
