FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to dentistry, and can be used for treating periodontitis in an experiment. Method includes the stage of extracting multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MMSCs) from the pulp of a removed impacted human tooth. Powdered alloplant osteogenesis stimulator in an amount of 0.1 g is pre-soaked in a 0.9% sodium chloride solution and then mixed with 150 thousand MMSCs. The resulting mixture is introduced into the bone (periodontal) pockets of rats in the area of the second maxillary molar using a carver and fixed with a Septopack protective bandage; the treatment consists of 3 procedures at an interval of 5 days.
EFFECT: possibility of increasing the therapeutic effect by enhancing the bone tissue regeneration and preventing complications.
