FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely therapeutic dentistry, and can be used in the treatment of gum recession in an experiment. The method involves isolation of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MMSCs) from rat adipose tissue. Then the alloplant powdered regeneration stimulator in an amount of 0.1 g is pre-soaked in a 0.9% sodium chloride solution in a 1:1 mass ratio, then mixed with 150 thousand MMSC cells. After that, the mixture is injected into the gum mucosa in the area of the incisors of the lower jaw. Then, SANS MOTS oil in the amount of 0.1 ml is applied to the gum recession area in the form of an application for 20 minutes.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of local treatment of gum recession by enhancing bone regeneration and preventing complications.
