FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for measurement of hair properties, in particular for measurement of a friction force and hair deformation. The device has the first (I) and the second part (II), between which hair (H) pass. The first part (I) contains a measuring probe (MP), and the second part (II) is made with the possibility of deformation of hair (H) on the measuring probe (MP). Both the friction force of hair (H) passing along the measuring probe (MP), and a deformation force (DF) affect the measuring probe (MP). The second part (II) contains a pressing element (PB, S) for pressing hair (H) against the measuring probe (MP) with their compression and contains aligning elements (AE) on opposite sides of the measuring probe (MP) for bending hair (H) in a direction of the measuring probe (MP), and guiding elements (G) for reducing an impact of an angle, at which the device is applied to hair (H), on the friction force and/or the deformation force. At the same time, the measuring probe (MP) is installed on a module (LC-X, LC-Y) of a load sensor for measuring a load.
EFFECT: improvement of a device for measurement of hair properties, provision of a possibility of determination and quantitative assessment of hair characteristics by measuring a combination of surface friction and compressibility of a hair strand.
