FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction; it can be used in the organization of ventilation drainage in basements of buildings with high humidity. The method includes mounting, inside an area limited with a foundation of a building, along its perimeter and in parallel to a ground floor, of perforated air ducts. An air duct height above basement ground is selected to be small. An airflow can be provided by any known method. Air duct pipes are perforated above sections of a horizontal surface of the basement with the greatest value of ground humidity. In case if sealed floor covering is provided in the basement, holes are made in such a way that uniform air intake is provided along the air duct length. Due to that, intake of the most moisture-saturated air masses and reduction in general humidity of the basement are achieved. An area and a number of perforation holes are made in such a way that an air duct system provides an air speed in the system from 3 to 6 m/s. For large values of water inflow, it is possible to use more than one contour, as well as to organize backfilling of the surface limited with the foundation with bulk material of 20-40 mm fraction, which does not include lime, which allows for reduction in a number of air ducts.
EFFECT: removal of basement humidity, condensate, and fungal formations, as well as strengthening of foundation ground, using mudding and diffuse processes.
