FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to dialysis systems. Sorbent is proposed, including a homogenous mixture of (a) particles of uremic enzyme for toxin treatment, including uremic enzyme for toxin treatment, immobilized on solid substrate; (b) cation-exchange particles intended for ion exchange for, in most of cases, hydrogen ions and exchange of main cations, in most of cases, for sodium ions; and (c) anion-exchange particles additionally including a soluble source of sodium ions, different in that pH of the specified cation-exchange particles is set in the range from 3.5 to 5.0. At the same time, cation-exchange particles include amorphous water-insoluble metal phosphate in a protonated form.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for maintenance of a sodium level during the treatment with dialysis.
