FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a set for processing a solution for multiple dialysis, having pH values from 6.5 to 10, containing an albumin carrier protein, including (a) an acid composition containing a biologically compatible acid, and (b) an alkaline composition containing a biologically compatible base, where the ratio of the concentration of the biologically compatible acid in the acid composition (a) to the concentration of the biologically compatible base in the alkaline composition (b) is in the range from 0.7 to 1.3 and where the concentration of the biologically compatible acid in the acid composition and the concentration of the biologically compatible base in the alkaline composition is not less than 50 mmol/l and not more than 500 mmol/l, as well as to a method for the regeneration of the solution for multiple dialysis, having pH values from 6.5 to 10, containing the albumin carrier protein, in which the carrier protein solution for multiple dialysis is regenerated with the acid composition (a), which contains the biologically compatible acid, and the alkaline composition (b), which contains the biologically compatible base, where the ratio of the concentration of the biologically compatible acid in the acid composition (a) to the concentration of the biologically compatible base in the alkaline composition (b) is in the range from 0.7 to 1.3 and where the concentration of the biologically compatible acid in the acid composition and the concentration of the biologically compatible base in the alkaline composition is not less than 50 mmol/l and not more than 500 mmol/l, and also relates to a method for obtaining the solution for multiple dialysis, having pH values from 6.5 to 10, containing the albumin carrier protein, including following stages: (i) preparing the acid composition (a) that contains the biologically compatible acid and the alkaline composition (b) that contains the biologically compatible base, where the ratio of the concentration of the biologically compatible acid in the acid composition (a) to the concentration of the biologically compatible base in the alkaline composition (b) is in the range from 0.7 to 1.3 and where the concentration of the biologically compatible acid in the acid composition (a) and the concentration of the biologically compatible base in the alkaline composition (b) is not less than 50 mmol/l and not more than 500 mmol/l, (ii) combining the acid composition (a) with the alkaline composition (b) and (iii) adding the albumin carrier protein.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the preparation of compositions intended for processing of the solution for multiple dialysis containing the carrier protein, which (i) provide “purification” of the carrier protein containing a toxin by changing the pH value, (ii) provide necessary electrolytes and/or nutrients, and (iii) provide the regulation of pH of the solution for dialysis (used for dialysis, i.e., in a dialyzer) to provide values from 6.5 to 10.
