FIELD: recycling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a resource-saving technology of recycling of secondary raw materials, which is waste from production of liquid fertilizers based on peat; it can be used in agriculture for improvement of growth and development of plants, additional fertilizing of different agricultural crops, increase in soil fertility. A method for the production of a liquid humic preparation includes alkaline extraction of source humin-containing material, which is performed with 1.5% aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide, preheated to 60°C, at the ratio of components of 1:15 by dry matter, under action of ultrasound with a frequency of 37 kHz, for 60 min. Subsequent separation of a liquid fraction is performed by centrifugation of extracted mass at a speed of 3000 rpm, for 15 min. Then, orthophosphoric acid is introduced into mixture at small portions of 5 ml per 1 l of the liquid fraction, infused for 24 h, at a temperature of 30°C, and the mixture is stabilized by mixing at a speed of 30 rpm, for 3 min.
EFFECT: increase in the intensity of extraction of humic substances from humin-containing material.
