FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, cellular engineering, and medicine; in particular, to an apparatus for cultivating mesenchymal stem cells of a patient under conditions of an artificially generated electromagnetic field autologous with respect to the patient, the parameters whereof are determined by the waveform of the electrocardiogram or magnetocardiogram of the patient. Apparatus comprises an autonomous working chamber, an analogue signal generator built into said chamber, and a software processing module. The working chamber is intended to accommodate a tank with cell cultures, and at least one pair of inductance coils is located on the opposite walls thereof for creating a magnetic field, as well as metal plates with contacts for creating an electric field. The analogue signal generator is intended for generating non-modulated electric current and voltage signals matching the time course of the electrocardiogram or magnetocardiogram signal of the patient and supplied to the inductance coils and the contacts of the metal plates in accordance with the preset program. And the software processing module is configured to digitise the registered electrocardiogram or magnetocardiogram signal of the patient, process the resulting digital code, convert the processed digital code into an analogue signal by means of a digital-to-analogue converter contained in the module, and transmit a data sequence to the memory of the analogue generator.
EFFECT: possibility of providing the most autologous cardiomyoblast cultivation environment for the purpose of producing a viable culture of cells capable of surviving after returning to the body.
