FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry and represents a bio transplant for the joints dysplasia treatment, characterized by the fact, that it contains mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) from the autologous material, characterized in that it contains from 5 million of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells in 1 ml of saline. Also, group of inventions includes a method of this bio transplant producing for the joints dysplasia treatment, wherein the mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are obtained from an autologous material, which is ground, enzymatically disaggregated, and the resulting cell suspension is resuspended and cultured on a growth medium, characterized by fact, that multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells are obtained from the autologous material fat biopsy material, at that, the tissue is homogenized, fermented with collagenase, washed and cultured in a medium containing glutamine, gentamicin, and with the addition of 5 % of palliated, platelet-enriched blood plasma.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to develop a highly effective of the joints dysplasia cell therapy method for use in veterinary medicine.
