FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to ophthalmology, and can be used for thrombolysis in circulatory disorders of the eyeball and the retrobulbar space. Methods according to the invention include the introduction of enzyme preparations into the tissues of the eyeball and the retrobulbar space by means of bath electrophoresis for the purpose of dissolving the forming and formed blood clots in the blood vessels of the eyeball and the orbit. Herewith, lidase, gemase, and chymotrypsin are used as an enzyme preparation.
EFFECT: faster recovery of the blood flow in the vessel due to the thrombolysis performed inside the vascular bed in the eyeball and the retrobulbar space without determining the type and localisation of the thrombus.
