SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex skin care in the treatment of various types of dermatoses and can be used in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry. The composition for complex skin care in the treatment of dermatoses contains synthetic tannin, a base, a local anesthetic component selected from the group: dikain, polidocanol, anesthesin, pyromecaine, lidocaine, with the following content of components, wt.%: synthetic tannin - 0.1-10.0, local anesthetic component - 0.1-10.0, base - up to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides antimicrobial activity and anti-inflammatory effect.
