FIELD: fishing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for bio-encapsulation of Artemia nauplii for further feeding of sturgeon species larvae reared in industrial conditions. The method involves using Artemia nauplii enriched with a new high protein drug and essential high unsaturated fatty acids. As a protein preparation in saline solution with nauplii of the second naupliar stage, a suspension of microbial protein (gaprin) is initially introduced in the amount of 0,9 g/dm3, then after six hours, when re-enriching, a linseed oil emulsion is used in the amount of 0,6 g/dm3, while the survival of crustaceans after a 12-hour bio-encapsulation is more than 96% and Artemia size increases 1.3 times. Harvesting of enriched crustaceans and feeding of young fish with nauplii begins six hours after the second enrichment.
EFFECT: providing Artemia nauplii with a wide range of nutritional supplements using the enrichment method.
