FIELD: fish farming.
SUBSTANCE: production of live starter feed for aquaculture, enriched with biologically active substances, used to obtain starter feed for fish larvae and fry. Artemia nauplii are enriched in the process of incubation through thin and easily permeable skin at the first stage of development immediately after nauplii hatching. Activated Artemia cysts are cultivated in a Weiss apparatus in a 5% sodium chloride solution at pH 8.5, ambient temperature 26-28°C and illumination 1500 lux. A complex of biologically active substances is introduced into the culture medium 8 hours after the start of incubation: the adaptogen Trekrezan in the amount of 0.04 g/l, the spore form of the probiotic Sporotermin in the amount of 1 g/l, the vitamin-amino acid preparation Chiktonik in the amount of 1 ml/l. The treatment with a complex of biological substances is repeated after 24 hours in the same proportions with the preservation of the temperature regime and the illumination regime.
EFFECT: obtaining live starter feeds for fish enriched with biologically active substances.
