FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modified IgG4 Fc fragment having a low risk of inducing chain exchange and monomer formation in vivo, as well as to a nucleic acid encoding it. A vector, a host cell containing the above nucleic acid, and a method of obtaining an IgG4 Fc fragment using the above cell are disclosed. The invention also relates to a medicinal product conjugate containing the above IgG4 Fc fragment conjugated to the medicinal product using a linker.
EFFECT: effective minimization of the effector function of IgG4 Fc and the exchange of chains with IgG in vivo, preservation of the activity of the medicinal product conjugate in vivo and improvement of its prolonged release in vivo.
