SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics; it can be used for the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis in children with environmentally-burdened history. A gentle-training mode, therapeutic nutrition, and 8-10 procedures of therapeutic gymnastics are carried out. Inner reception of mineral water of the Zheleznovodsk type is also carried out at the rate of 5 ml per 1 kg of the body weight of the child, but no more than 200 ml per one reception, 3 times a day 30 minutes before meal, as well as taking carbonic mineral bathes at a temperature of 37°C. For children aged 7-10 years, duration of the procedure is 5-8 minutes per the course of 6-8 bathes, and for children aged 11-14 years, duration is 8-10 minutes per the course of 8-10 bathes. In addition, the patient takes Kanefron N drug at the rate of 1 pill 3 times a day after meal for the whole period of staying in a health resort.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of rehabilitation of children with chronic pyelonephritis with environmentally-burdened history.
