FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to an assembly cable, mainly explosion-proof for high-speed automatic control systems. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the core contains at least one pair of conductive cores with a diameter of insulation D, while the insulation is covered with a layer of film material thickness Δ, formed from a tape width H, superimposed on each pair in the core and having a cross-section An S-shaped configuration forming two cavities, with each insulated core of the pair located inside one of the cavities, and the film material has a relative permittivity value of less than 3.5 and the width of the tape selected from the ratio:
so that the excess width forms folds of the film material of the edges of the tape, filling the space between the insulation of conductive cores. An additional fastening tape can be applied in the form of belt insulation over a tape with an S-shaped spiral configuration, while the tape can be made of polyethylene terephthalate, fluoropolymer, porous polypropylene or polyethylene film, as well as non-woven polymer material.
EFFECT: present invention enables to improve explosion safety of cables.
