SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular to neurology and reflexology. The device contains electrodes and a control unit, a signal generation unit, a measuring unit, a switching module, a voltage conversion module, an indication unit and a power supply unit located in the housing, connected to each other in a predetermined sequence. The control unit is designed with the possibility of forming the parameters of voltage pulses coming through the signal generation unit and electrodes to the acupuncture points in the modes of diagnostic examination and electro-pulse therapy and recording the response of these points. The signal generation unit is designed to affect the acupuncture points with negative polarity voltage pulses with a duty cycle of 2 at a frequency from 1.0 to 100.0 kHz, with an amplitude from 3.0 to 8.0 V and a current strength from 5.0 to 1000.0 µA. The electrodes are separably fixed in the housing and are made in the form of a passive electrode and a set of active electrodes.

EFFECT: parameters of the electric pulse effect on the acupuncture points correspond to the most representative manifestation of the capacitive properties of cells and make it possible to measure the parameters of the polarization and depolarization current of the cell membrane, characterizing the main causes of diseases, which greatly increases the statistical reliability of diagnostic results and the effectiveness of therapeutic restoration of impaired body functions.
