The method consists in administering to the animals a preparation containing in mg/g: amoxicillin trihydrate - 570.0-580.0, succinic acid - 2.0-8.0, sodium carbonate - 100.0-300.0, aerosil - 2.0-8.0 and lactose - up to 1 g. In this case, the drug is administered to animals orally with food or water for drinking at a dose of 17.5-35.0 mg/kg of body weight for 3-5 days.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to effectively treat a wide range of diseases of bacterial etiology in animals, and the drug used in this method has a wide range of bactericidal activity against most gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including antibiotic-resistant ones, does not have allergenic properties, has a stimulating effect on the parameters of the humoral immune response and is stable during storage.
