FIELD: required color radiation automatic reproduction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for automatic reproduction of radiation of the required color. The claimed method consists in forming a collimated beam of broadband electromagnetic radiation in the visible range of a known spectral composition, separating several spectral intervals from it, the number and positions of which and the transmittance for which provide the specified color coordinates, spatial alignment of the filtered beams and their simultaneous registration by one color radiation receiver. Multi-window spectral filtering is carried out using an AO filter operating in a polychromatic mode due to the simultaneous excitation of several acoustic waves, the parameters (number, frequencies and amplitudes) of which determine the number and positions of the selected spectral channels and the transmittance in them. The radiation receiver can be the observer's eye or a color (RGB) matrix.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of fast, high-precision and automatic reproduction of color according to the coordinates specified in the color space within the entire CIE 1931 color space using a single broadband radiation source without mechanical or spectral scanning.
