FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of spectral measurements and concerns a method for obtaining the spatial-spectral characteristics of optical radiation with spectral scanning. The method consists in the formation of a collimated light beam, its spectral filtration by means of acousto-optic diffraction on an ultrasonic wave and registration of two-dimensional spectral images. Spectral images are recorded at different frequencies of the ultrasonic wave and reduced to a three-dimensional array of spatial spectral data. In addition, when implementing the method, a series of diagnostic images of a spatially homogeneous optical template is pre-registered at various wavelengths of monochromatic radiation and various ultrasonic frequencies. The dependences of the filtered wavelength of light on the frequency of ultrasound at each point of the angular field are determined from diagnostic images and the formed three-dimensional array of spatial-spectral data is corrected using these dependences.

EFFECT: obtaining undistorted spatial-spectral characteristics of optical radiation in a wider angular field and with high spectral resolution.
