FIELD: waste recycling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of utilization of concentrated organic substrates suitable for further use in production conditions: their sources or in related fields. A method for anaerobic processing of liquid organic waste is claimed, including pretreatment of waste in a vortex layer apparatus for 0.5 minutes at a magnetic field rotation frequency of 50 Hz and their anaerobic fermentation in a methane tank under thermophilic conditions. The thermal energy generated as a result of the operation of the vortex layer apparatus is used to ensure a thermophilic temperature regime of the methane tank. At the same time, during the preliminary treatment of waste, iron powder is additionally introduced into the working chamber of the vortex layer apparatus. The total concentration of iron particles obtained as a result of abrasion of the working body and additional application of iron powder into the working chamber is 2 g/l. The substrate prepared in the vortex layer apparatus is sent to the methane tank for anaerobic fermentation to obtain biogas and fermented mass, which is sent for separation into fractions.

EFFECT: increase in the energy efficiency of the process of anaerobic processing of liquid organic waste.
