FIELD: waste processing and disposal.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling concentrated organic substrates which are suitable for further use in production conditions. Preliminary treatment of waste is carried out by fine grinding of poorly soluble components of organic wastes, partial hydrolysis of organic substances, as well as introduction of iron microparticles formed in the substrate due to abrasion of working element in primary apparatus of vortex layer. Obtained substrate is then fed into a methane tank for anaerobic fermentation under thermophilic conditions. Fermented mass is treated in the secondary vortex layer apparatus. After treatment in the vortex sheet the fermented mass is directed for separation into fractions. Heat energy generated as a result of operation of the primary and secondary vortex layer apparatus is used to provide the thermophilic temperature mode of operation of the methane tank. Preliminary treatment is carried out in working chamber of primary vortex bed for 0.5 to 1 min at magnetic field rotation frequency of 50 to 120 Hz. Depleted mass is treated in the secondary vortex layer apparatus for 1 to 4 minutes at magnetic field rotation frequency of 50 to 120 Hz.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the process of anaerobic processing of liquid organic wastes, performs disinfection of the fermented mass and improves its sedimentation properties, and uses heat energy formed as a result of operation of the primary and secondary vortex layer apparatus.
