SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Method for producing a gaseous energy carrier and organic-mineral fertilizers from liquid manure which comprises successive heating initial manure, preliminary fermentation at temperature not less than 42–43 °C, mechanical separation into solid and liquid fractions with subsequent heating and treatment of liquid fraction in an anaerobic bio-filter to produce effluent and biogas, wherein the effluent is used as a heat carrier for preliminary heating of initial substrate, and a solid fraction is mixed with unslaked lime, is slightly dried and used for preparation of organic-mineral fertilizers. EFFECT: invention enables to use a combination of processes of aerobic preprocessing and anaerobic biofiltration under conditions of internal regenerative heat exchange between heat-generating aerobic biomass and heat-consuming anaerobic methanogenic immobilized microflora, as well as to produce low gaseous heat carrier used for compensation of external heat losses of the anaerobic biofilter, and as deammoniated effluent agent and heat carrier while drying a solid fraction.
