SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of regulating and controlling systems of a general purpose, namely to methods for control of parameters of the environment of objects. A method for remote control and management of a temperature at an object is proposed, characterized by that controllable parameters and their deviations are set, controllable parameters are continuously monitored, obtained monitoring data is analyzed, and management is performed by a control system. Moreover, as controllable parameters in a room, values of a temperature Tset and a permissible threshold of temperature deviation from a set value ΔT are set and stored. For a moment of time ti, a temperature Ti is measured, a change in the temperature Ti in the analyzed period of time Δt=tn-ti is compared with values of Tset±ΔT. Comparison data with statistical data are analyzed, a further change in the temperature is predicted, and, in unfavorable conditions, in case of probable approach of the temperature Ti to threshold boundaries Tset±ΔT, a control signal is sent from a remote server, and positions of actuators are changed in such a way that the current value of the temperature Ti is increased or decreased, without coming out of threshold boundaries Tset±ΔT, after which measured data, comparison data, and prediction data are stored.
