SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of degassing of toxic chemicals and can be used in emergency situations, during the elimination of accidents, for degassing laboratory utensils, instruments, equipment, fume hoods, surfaces, work sites for temporary storage of industrial waste, personal protective equipment, solutions, reaction masses. The concentrate of the organic degassing formulation includes chlorobenzene, ε-caprolactam, potassium hydroxide and potassium isobutylate with the following component ratio, wt. %: chlorobenzene 30.9-38.6, ε-caprolactam 13.6-17.0, potassium hydroxide 2.0-3.0, potassium isobutylate the rest. To obtain the concentrate, the liquid-phase component interacts in the form of a solution of potassium isobutylate in isobutyl alcohol in a ratio of 40:60 mass parts with ε-caprolactam and chlorobenzene in a ratio of 11:25 mass parts with stirring until complete dissolution. Distillation is carried out from the resulting solution of 60 mass parts of isobutyl alcohol at a pressure in the range from 170 to 220 mm Hg and a temperature from 60 to 75°C.

EFFECT: duration of storage of the composition and the possibility of dissolution in organic aprotic solvents is ensured.
