FIELD: disposal of hazardous materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decontamination of poisonous substances and disinfecting of bacterial means as well as destruction of chemical weapon. Bifunctional formula for decontamination and disinfecting of technics and containing aqueous solution of xenon difluoride as inorganic oxidant is distinguished by additionally containing trisubstituted sodium phosphate and acetonitrile aqueous solution as solvent so that final concentrations of ingredients are the following (in wt %): xenon dioxide, 0.5-1; trisubstituted sodium phosphate, 1-1.6; 40% (vol. ) aqueous acetonitrile, the balance. EFFECT: improved decontamination efficiency.
