FIELD: weapons; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of degassing and disinfection of surfaces of weapons and military equipment (WME), infected with toxic chemicals (TC) and biological agents (BA), specifically to the creation of bifunctional formulations having degassing and disinfecting properties. Bifunctional formula can be used both at negative and positive ambient temperatures. Recipe includes a chlorictive preparation - trichlorisocyanuric acid dissolved in winter conditions in acetonitrile, and in summer conditions in water together with calcined soda in weight ratio of 1:1 and used in form of 1–2 wt. % solution for degassing and 3-4 wt/ % solution for disinfection.

EFFECT: this composition is relatively simple and contains available components, and application of bifunctional formula for degassing and disinfection of WME objects in the form of water solution at positive temperatures considerably simplifies questions of supply of troops with formulations and reduces volume of their transportation.
