SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of environmentally friendly fertilizers on the basis of livestock and poultry farms. A method for obtaining organic-mineral fertilizer based on bird droppings or farm animal manure includes mixing biomorphic silicite and droppings or manure, granulating the mixture and drying. At the same time, pre-calcined biomorphic silicites are brought into the areas where birds or animals are kept in a uniform layer 1 cm thick, which naturally mix with droppings or manure in the course of life. Then the mixture is extracted as necessary within the technological rhythms of a particular enterprise, mixed with water to a homogeneous consistency in the following ratio of components: 10 parts of a mixture of litter or manure with biomorphic silicites and 1,25 parts of water. The resulting homogeneous mixture is passed through a grade with a mesh diameter of 8 mm to manufacture granules which are then dried at a temperature of 90-100 °C and exposure time of 30 min.

EFFECT: recycling of agricultural waste with the production of organo-mineral fertilizer designed to improve the structure and properties of any type of soil.
