FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pre-fabricated buildings from light steel thin-wall structures (LSTWS), namely, to construction of modular buildings with light-weight frame. In implementing the invention, a modular building frame, comprising a base and an overhead cover with transverse and longitudinal beams, bearing angular posts, and pillars, is assembled from one type of LSTWS, namely from a hat profile with flanges, made in the form of a whole hull profile, frame shaped profile, in which one edge has no bend, and P-thermoprofile, in which two edges have no bends, and which are made on one line of equipment for profiling single-type profiles with adjustable width, and bearing proflist with trapezoidal stiffening ribs. At that, in the base and in ceiling covering longitudinal and transverse beams are made of frame hat profile, wherein on all the beams on both sides are cut off parts of the bends by a value equal to the height of the frame shaped profile, at that, also transverse beams are inserted inside profiles of longitudinal beams on both sides so that they form after attachment by means of fastening base in form of parallelepiped, in which the beams are oriented by the carcass profile of the carcass profile upwards, and with the shelves outside. Ceiling covering is also assembled similar to base, and each bearing angular post is made of two frame profiles, equal to the height of modular building, and nested into each other so that their process angles are conjugated, wherein the shelves of one carcass profile are attached to the edge without bending off the other carcass profile, thus forming a process angle of each of the four bearing angular posts installed vertically on the corners of the base so that the process angles of the bearing corner posts coincide with the base angles, and bends of bearing angular posts are fixed on the beams of the base beams. At that, the ceiling covering is installed on the bearing angular racks so that their technological angles coincide with the ceiling covering angles, and bends of ceiling beams are oriented downwards and fixed on bends of bearing angular posts. Besides, in the cavity of the base in parallel to the transverse beams there installed are floor lags, and in the cavity of the ceiling covering there are flights for the ceiling, made of double P-thermoprofile with width of double flange, equal to flange width of carcass profile, with pitch multiple of standard width of heat insulation material, as well as in recesses limited by bends of transverse and longitudinal beams, bends of bearing angular posts and bends of middle posts, installed on bends of beams, there are carrying profiled sheets with trapezoidal stiffeners with alternation "post - two proflist, post - two proflista, etc.", and in addition, against each middle post in base is additionally arranged log floor from dual P-thermoprofile.

EFFECT: providing strength of a modular building frame, simplicity of carcass elements manufacturing, simplification of the frame assembly and thus reduction of its manufacturing cost.
