FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concentration of minerals and may be used in flotation of copper-molybdenum ores, copper-nickel and other bimetal ores. Method includes grinding of ore and collective flotation of two and more metals in open cycle in alkaline medium, created by lime, cleaning of additionally ground crude concentrate. Initial feed arrives to cycle of ore preparation, including grinding and classification, prepared material arrives to I main flotation. Foam product 1 of the main flotation arrives into cycle of desorption, including operation of desorption, operation of washing and operation of condensation, further material arrives into cycle of grinding and classification, including operation of classification, operation of additional grinding and operation of mechanochemical activation, then material arrives into cycle of treatment with reagents, including operations of agitation with heating in the presence of depressor and operation of agitation in the presence of depressor, then product is delivered into cycle of cleaning operations, including cleaning operation or cycle of cleaning operations performed in the presence of sulfhydric collector and foamer to produce 1st collective concentrate and tailings, which together with chamber product of I main flotation is sent to cycle of ore preparation, including operation of classification, grinding and agitation, prior to II main flotation. II main flotation is carried out in the presence of sulfhydric collector and foamer to produce collective concentrate of II main flotation and tailings. Tailings of II main flotation arrive into cycle of ore preparation, including operations of classification and grinding. Ground product arrives into cycle of reagent treatment operations, including operations of contact with reagents: dispersant and depressor, and arrives to III main flotation carried out in the presence of sulfhydric collector and foamer to produce collective concentrate of III main flotation and final tailings. Combined foam product of II and III main flotation arrives into cycle of desorption, including operations of desorption, washing and condensation. Further product arrives into cycle of grinding and classification, including operations of classification and additional grinding of classification sands down to class of not less than 90% of class 74 micrometre. Then product arrives into cycle of reagent treatment, including operations of mechanochemical activation of ground product, operations of agitation with heating in the presence of dispersant and depressor. After heating material arrives into cycle of cleaning operations performed in the presence of sulfhydric collector and foamer to produce the 2nd collective concentrate.

EFFECT: improved efficiency and intensification of copper-molybdenum ores separation process, increased extraction of copper and molybdenum, copper and nickel minerals into collective concentrate with simultaneous improvement of its quality.
