SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in drilling operations, in particular for casing drilling. The device for running with rotation, reaming and drilling on the casing string contains a housing with an outer screw surface, the lower part of which is attached to the tip, a gripping device configured as a collet with an external toothed surface, a limiting device configured as a sleeve with the possibility of axial displacement relative to the housing. The screw surface of the housing is made in the form of a thread. The bushing is internally threaded for the housing thread, and externally – a conical surface with spikes interacting with the conical surface of the collet from the inside when the body rotates to the right. The collet is provided with a thrust ledge on top, and the spikes of the conical surface of the sleeve are located in the slots of the collet. The tip is provided with holes and has a diameter centering the device when landing in the casing and limiting the movement of the self-sealing cuff, hermetically connected from above to the body by means of a threaded sleeve and a preload nut.

EFFECT: invention provides a device for transmitting the torque and performing hole flushing when drilling with both a top drive and a rotary assembly for running with the rotation of the casing and reaming of the casing during running.
