SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended for temporary wellbore shut-in during the workover of exploratory and production oil and gas wells by controlled delivery of cement slurry to a given interval of the well to create a cement bridge. A drillable plug packer includes a shaft in the form of a cylindrical pipe with a central channel, a shell placed on the shaft communicating with the central channel and including a layer of tensile elastic material. The packer-plug additionally comprises a shoe with side channels and a ball seat installed in the lower part of the wellbore and a valve with an axial hole and a gate installed in the upper part of the wellbore. The shell consists of consecutive layers, including an inner rubber sleeve, a Kevlar stocking, a polyurethane sleeve and an Arselon stocking. The barrel, shoe and valve are made/made of drillable materials that allow the packer plug to be drilled out together with the cement bag.

EFFECT: simplification of the process of installing a cement bridge in a given interval of the well, high reliability and sealing of the packer plug, reducing the time of drilling out the cement bridge.
