FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production industry and can find use in repairing insulation work in cased vertical or directional production wells. Method comprises drilling a production well, opening the oil-saturated part and the water-saturated part of the formation 10 m below the water-oil contact (WOC) level. Lower the casing string, carry out cementing and fastening of well shaft. Process is withheld for the period of cement hardening. Lower the perforator to the WOC level, perform perforation. Lower the assembly on pumping and compression pipes (PCP), consisting of two packs of inflatable action, between which a perforated branch pipe with a length of 5 to 9 m, to the WOC level, is attached with the help of couplings. After descending the layout, the ball is thrown into the PCP. Grout mix is pumped in the required volume into the PCP. In the process of pumping grout mix, the rubber sealing elements of the packers are in the unclamped state. Grout mix through the perforations of the perforated branch pipe is pumped into the formation at the WOC boundary. After the work on pumping the grout mix, the PCP is disconnected from the assembly, the well remains at the waiting on cement. After that, a shaft with a milling cutter is lowered into the well. Drill out the layout. Wash out the metal shavings and the residue of the grout mix in the well to the surface. At the end of the drilled work from the bottom of the well to the roof of the waterproofing screen, put the cement bridge. Perforator is lowered into the well in the interval of the oil-saturated part of the formation. Well is perforated and outputted to the mode.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of waterproofing works.
