The system includes a carrier frame, a drive with overlays, a mechanism for tensioning a garland, a mechanism for laying a garland into overlay cradles, clamping holders for a garland in overlay cradles, a cutting mechanism, a mechanism for opening pressure holders, and a mechanism for extracting and dumping cut food products into a receiving device. The drive consists of a base frame, guide rails and rollers, a drive sprocket, a tensioning sprocket and an electric drive. The garland tension mechanism consists of an elastic membrane with a through hole. The cutting mechanism consists of a carrier frame, a carriage with double knives, a drive for double knives, guide rails, clamping of the connecting bridges and a carriage drive, made with the possibility of additional fixation of the connecting bridges for clamping them between the double knives, cutting off the connecting bridges and removing the cut bridges from the cutting mechanism food products.

EFFECT: invention ensures complete separation of connecting connecting bridges from an endless garland, excludes rotation and displacement of food products during cutting, excluding rupture, damage or rejection.
