FIELD: steam generators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a steam generator for a reactor with a liquid metal coolant. The steam generator comprises a housing [1] with connected pipes for supplying feed water [2] and removing steam [3], pipelines [4] and [5], respectively, for supplying and discharging a flow of liquid metal coolant, a cavity [6] with liquid metal coolant, a heat exchange surface [7], which is a collection of individual evaporator tubes [8]. On the inner surface of each tube [8] there are intensifiers [9], made, for example, in the form of ribs or holes with a characteristic size of 10–100 μm, and the outer surface of the tubes is smooth. The liquid-metal coolant flow through the pipeline [4] enters the cavity [6], where it washes the impulse evaporator tubes [8] with intensifiers [9] deposited on the inner surface of each tube [8], for example, in the form of ribs or holes, and through the pipeline [ 5] leaves the cavity [6]. The water flow through the feed water supply pipes [2] enters the evaporator tubes [8], where thermal contact is made with the liquid metal coolant.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the steam generator and reducing the hydraulic resistance in the circulation circuit of the liquid metal coolant while increasing the efficiency of steam generation.
