SUBSTANCE: invention relates to teaching aids in medicine. A microsurgical simulator with imitation of work in the depth of an operating wound contains a base consisting of a rectangular plate with an inclined platform and removable covers, removable hollow semi-cylinders mounted on an inclined platform, simulating the boundaries of a microsurgical surgical access, and two vertical rail guides with a longitudinal groove for the entire height of movement spokes to rotate the vessel or nerve. Vertical rail guides are located diametrically opposite to the semi-cylinders. Two working platforms are movably fixed on them with the possibility of adjusting the depth of location and inclination. Inside each platform there are needles for turning a vessel or nerve, having holders at the ends for fixing vessels or nerves between them. Cadaveric or artificial vessels or nerves are used as vessels or nerves.
